Major changes to the VAT system as from January 1, 2010

The Luxembourg Government Council has recently moved the so-called “European VAT package” in national law.

These major changes will enter into force as from January 1, 2010. The new rules regarding the place of supply of services are nearer described in our newsletter which you can download in French and German language:
